Missy Elliott decided to stop drinking milkshakes and to change her lifestyle to lose weight. In 2017, this 48-year-old star altered her eating habits and started doing exercises. She revealed that her diet was her primary weapon to cut off those extra pounds, but she also reached the point where she only consumed water and cut down on bread entirely.
It couldn’t be denied that what Elliott did was incredibly hard, and she surely had a lot of motivation to do it. But her hard work didn’t go to waste as she managed to lose 30 pounds and now looks great. Elliott surely spent money on these things, but it would never lead to her bankruptcy.
